This glamorous black-tie evening begins with Champagne cocktails and canapés on the cocktail terrace overlooking the gardens and deer park. The elegant six-course dinner is matched by a selection of fine champagnes representing different champagne houses and styles including vintage, non-vintage, rose and demi-sec.

Tickets are price at £98 per person to include the reception, six course dinner and accompanying champagnes. This promises to be a fantastic evening at a lovely time of the year so why not take advantage of our special accommodation rates and stay the night. Overnight accommodation in one of our beautifully- refurbished classic bedrooms and full English breakfast is priced from £120 per couple for guests attending the Champagne night. A presentation from our head grounds man, Paul Woolley will describe how we have transformed 95 acres of neglected farmland into a wild deer park, hedgerows, wild hay meadows and restored the derelict Victorian walled garden. Adam Thomson, our head chef will then explain how we use the produce from the grounds in our menus and demonstrate some of his favourite Summer recipes. A leisurely three-course lunch with a glass of wine and coffee follows at 1.00 pm.

For those of you not yet in the know, here's the deal. Book a table for dinner in the Four Seasons Restaurant on one of the above dates and you can stay overnight for half the advertised rate. With discount, prices start from £90.00 for a room and that includes VAT and full English breakfast for two people.

Our bedrooms and suites are individually furnished and although they vary greatly in size and aspect, they all offer luxurious 100% goose down duvets, Egyptian cotton sheets, bathrobes, hospitality tray, satellite television, DVD player, IPOD docking station and free wi-fi access. Your room will be ready from 2.00 pm. So arrive early and take a leisurely stroll around the deer park or just curl up in front of a roaring log fire with a good book and afternoon tea.
