Here at Swinfen Hall Hotel, we work very hard to maintain a happy and friendly working environment. Although every member of staff is valued for their individual contribution, we believe in teamwork and are committed to good communication, training and support.
As the only AA red star hotel in Staffordshire and the West Midlands, we are committed to providing our guests with the highest standards of service and presentation. We welcome applications for all areas of the hotel from skilled, friendly personalities looking for stability, good training and high standards.
Although only two miles south of Lichfield on the A38, Swinfen is not well served by public transport and there will be late-night shifts so those with access to their own transport will find life much easier.
