Junior Sous Chef

This would suit an experienced Chef de Partie looking for their first management role. Must have minimum 2-rosette experience and aspirations to achieve more. A background in pastry would be very helpful.

Night Porter
5 nights 11.00 pm - 8.00 am

Responsibilities include working alongside Duty Manager to clear down and lock up. Looking after late night guests, setting up for the next day's business, washing glasses, polishing silver and general overnight security. Opening up and generally assisting early morning reception and breakfast staff.

Pt-time Bar & Banqueting Staff
Evenings and/or Weekends

Experience preferred, but full training will be given in both bar work and silver service. All you need is a confident and warm personality, good social skills, a smart appearance and a committed and reliable work ethic. We particular welcome applicants from catering college.
