COCKTAIL BARMAN/(TRAINEE DUTY MANAGER)
We are looking for a capable and confident barman who can run the cocktail
lounge during the week and manage a busy function bar at weekends. There is
good potential for advancement for the right individual.
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
Wide and varied training role based predominantly in Food & Beverage and Reception & Front Office. Must have a genuine interest in fine food and quality service. Hotel or restaurant experience essential.
Both these posts would suit graduates looking for new career opportunities. Essential attributes for both roles are good social skills, a quick mind, a smart appearance, a good work ethic and a committed attitude.
PT-TIME BAR AND BANQUETING STAFF
Evenings and/or Weekends
Experience preferred, but full training will be given in both bar work and silver service. All you need is a confident and warm personality and a committed and reliable work ethic. We particular welcome applicants from catering college.
