Full-time Bar Person

We are looking for a smart, confident individual with an out-going personality to look after our cocktail lounge and banqueting bar. Background experience in restaurants or bars is essential but full training will be given in all aspects of the role including cellar management and wine training.

Full-time Food and Beverage Assistant

Working in our 2 rosette restaurant, private dining room and all areas of banqueting, you will be given excellent raining in all aspects of food and beverage service. Covering mainly lunchtime and/or evening shifts you will be working with a very friendly team 5 days a week on a varied rota. Good prospects of career advancement.

Part-time Banqueting Staff (Evenings/Weekends)

We are looking to increase our brigade of part-time banqueting staff. Applicants need to be of smart appearance, confident, well-spoken and quick-thinking. Experience would be helpful but full training will be given in all aspects of food and beverage service. We would particularly like to hear from students who are interested in the hospitality/leisure industry.
