The historic building and beautiful grounds of Swinfen Hall Hotel provide an exciting venue for a wide variety of meetings and seminars, which can't fail to impress delegates and potential clients.
The Ballroom is our largest facility with a seating capacity for 160 delegates theatre-style and is regularly used for day meetings, training seminars, presentations, AGMs and public enquiries. This oak-panelled room has a 24-foot high ceiling, a raised stage and double doors leading to the bar.
The Benjamin Wyatt room, named after the architect of Swinfen Hall, is an oak-panelled boardroom suitable for corporate meetings, executive conferences and private dinners.
Four other smaller meeting rooms (two of which are inter-connecting) are available. All these rooms have high ceilings, good natural light and blackout facilities.
Day delegate rates start from £49.00 + VAT and include the following:
- Morning coffee and homemade biscuits
- Hot and cold buffet or two-course luncheon menu
- Afternoon tea with homemade cake
- Conference room hire from 8.00 am to 5.30 pm
- Mineral water and cordials in the meeting room
