We are extremely proud of our 2-rosette Four Seasons Restaurant, which has twice been named Restaurant of the Year in the Staffordshire Good Food Awards in recent years. Head Chef, Adam Thomson's approach to food perfectly reflects the policy Swinfen Hall has championed for many years - first-class produce from committed specialist suppliers backed by sustainable and humane farming methods. Adam makes full use of the abundance of vegetables, fruit and herbs grown in our Victorian walled garden and estate-reared venison is a popular special on our Winter and Spring menus.
The Four Seasons Restaurant offers a six-course Tasting Menu and Vegetarian Tasting menu in addition to our fixed price three-course a la carte menu. However, we offer far more than an excellent lunch or dinner. Throughout the year we hold a series of special food and wine events including our annual Game Supper (with home-reared venison from the deer park), a Midsummer Champagne gourmet dinner, a very sociable Christmas casino night and regular trips through the world's top wine-producing areas. Non-residents are always very welcome but pre-booking is essential as we are occasionally booked on an exclusive-use basis.
